Ultimately, pricing is based on the amount of time it takes our crew to clean your home.  We can give you an estimated cost based on information you provide either by contacting us or filling-out our online form, but until we have cleaned your home, it is simply a quote.  In our quote we will give one estimate for the initial cleaning, and then an additional estimate for regular cleanings done thereafter.

We charge a fair, flat hourly rate for our crews. For every one or two week cleanings, we charge $30 per cleaner per hour of actual cleaning time, or $60/hr for our two-person crew, prorated to the nearest quarter hour. For every 4 week cleanings the rate is $40 per cleaner, or $80 for a two-person crew. One time cleanings are billed at $40 per cleaner, or $80 per 2-person crew. Transportation to and from regular clients are not charged, but a one-time $30 admin fee is charged for initial or one-time cleanings to cover transportation and setup costs.  This $30 admin fee will be credited back on the third cleaning for regular clients.

As we charge based on the amount of time it takes to clean, we are unable to give an exact quote for the initial cleaning in advance, unless we set a specific time-limit. Once we have cleaned the second time, after the normal interval between cleanings (1 week, 2 weeks, or 4 weeks), we will provide a firm quote going forward.

Initial or one-time cleanings inevitably take more time than regular cleaning services, if for no other reason than familiarity, but more importantly due to the home not being thoroughly cleaned for some time beforehand.

In our experience, the more frequent your cleaning and the more familiar the team is with your home, the less time it will take to complete, so your charge is less.

Every house is unique, and every house cleaning fee is individually based. Things that will affect your house cleaning estimate include the size of your home, number of residents, number of pets, number of bathrooms, types of flooring, how often you want our maids to clean, etc.
